Description

Lead the data governance framework for the Data Exchange Program in Richmond, VA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with DBHDS and partners to implement the data governance framework.
• Develop and apply data policies and procedures to existing systems.
• Provide governance decisions and guidance for data sources in the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Facilitate meetings and manage action items for the Data Governance Council.
• Communicate project progress and requirements to stakeholders up to the executive level.

Required Skills

• PMP certification is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of data exchange and data warehouse implementations.
• Experience with data analytics or Health IT projects.
• Ability to work on-site in Richmond, VA, at least 2 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to obtain VITA PMDP qualification.

Any Graduate degree required.
