Description

Manage the full project lifecycle for technology and business initiatives within the DMAS Project Management Office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT and business projects, including procurement, planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop detailed standalone and integrated project schedules using MS Project.
• Track vendor deliverables, monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and senior leadership reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large projects, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project for schedule building.
• Experience leading Waterfall projects.
• Experience leading both Waterfall and Agile projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and dashboard production.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Visio.
• Active PMP certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Medicaid Management IT Systems or Managed Care Organizations.
• General understanding of Medicaid business processes.
