Description

Lead complex IT projects from initiation to closeout, managing multiple workstreams under aggressive schedules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects involving cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, risk registers, and status documentation for stakeholders.
• Facilitate technical design workshops and collaborate with development staff and business groups.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, use cases, test objectives, and test plans.
• Define and communicate project progress using clear metrics and milestones.

Required Skills

• PMP certification (mandatory).
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment.
• Proven track record managing IT projects with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to manage project budgets, risks, and resource coordination.
• Experience facilitating technical design workshops and requirements documentation.
• Proven ability to manage vendor and contractor relationships, including procurement coordination.
