Description

Manage large-scale IT and business projects, leading teams through discovery, implementation, and delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and IT resources to document requirements and develop solution proposals.
• Implement new approaches, systems, and structures across multiple workstreams.
• Represent the project team in various forums and manage vendor solutions.
• Execute Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall best practices to deliver complex initiatives.
• Manage the full software development life cycle for cloud-hosted SaaS and data modernization projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience with active PMP certification.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle models.
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management principles.
• Ability to lead others to implement new systems and methods.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing large programs with multiple workstreams.
• Experience working with vendors and implementing vendor solutions (5+ years).

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing, executing, and managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.
• Background in Data Modernization and Enterprise Data Warehousing.
• Experience managing complex financial management system implementations.
