Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and detailed work plans to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Predict resource requirements and manage them efficiently to meet project goals.
• Prepare and track project budgets to ensure all initiatives remain within financial constraints.
• Lead executive discussions and provide strategic input to support organizational decision-making.
• Communicate project progress, strategy adjustments, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously rather than just coordinating tasks.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong experience working with marketing, sales, finance, eCommerce, supply chain, business operations, and product management departments.
• Advanced analytical and storytelling skills for developing decision-making frameworks and impact deliverables.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional and cross-divisional relationship building.
• Broad business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience managing executive communications and developing high-level presentation materials.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
