Description

You will lead complex delivery initiatives, driving outcomes across internal teams and external vendors to ensure continuous forward momentum.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive problem solving, root cause analysis, and proactive issue resolution in multi-team environments.
• Manage cross-team integration and dependencies involving business teams, IT, SMEs, and vendors.
• Lead Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery models, including facilitating delivery ceremonies.
• Coordinate implementation, cutover, UAT, and go-live readiness for system modernization efforts.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks across multiple work streams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years as a Delivery Lead, Implementation Manager, or Project/Program Manager.
• Experience simplifying complex work and creating clarity in high-ambiguity environments.
• 5+ years managing vendor alignment, contracts, and external partner accountability.
• 5+ years establishing delivery routines, processes, or operating models.
• 3+ years partnering with multidisciplinary teams (Development, Testing, Data, OCM/Training).
• Experience in government, vendor-heavy, or large-scale implementation environments.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or MS Project.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, project delivery, or change management.
