Description

You will lead project teams through full lifecycles to ensure successful delivery and client handover.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to maintain alignment on requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Identify and resolve project issues through regular meetings with team members.
• Manage change requests and communicate impacts on project schedule and budget.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant project information.
• Facilitate the development of user manuals and training materials for system implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Experience as a construction, IT, or ERP project manager.
• Understanding of ERP implementation processes.
• Experience overseeing construction projects.
• Budget management experience.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
