Description

You will lead projects through the full lifecycle from planning to execution in Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare and present monthly status reports to stakeholders.
• Develop product vision, product roadmaps, and release plans.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Execute sprint plans to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading projects through planning and execution.
• 3+ years of experience creating product vision, product roadmaps, release plans, and sprint plans.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Current Scrum certification.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
