Description

You will manage IT projects from inception through delivery using established principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
• Act as a servant leader for cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile practices.
• Remove impediments and foster team dynamics that drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, developing plans for scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in IT project management.
• Minimum of three years in a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager role.
• Proven experience with Agile, PMP, and RUP methodologies.
• Certification in PMP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
• Experience managing IT software development or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
