Description

You will manage high-visibility enterprise projects, specifically supporting the ongoing countywide implementation of Microsoft M365.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project schedules and facilitate regular meetings to maintain momentum.
• Develop project documentation including proposals, RFPs, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Conduct process analysis to elicit requirements and document business processes for IT projects.
• Develop software test plans and conduct quality assurance testing.
• Monitor organizational change management (OCM) success metrics and pivot strategies as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing information technology projects or products.
• 3+ years of experience as a lead project manager on enterprise-wide projects.
• 3+ years of experience applying organizational change management practices.
• Proven experience with Microsoft M365 implementations.
• Expertise in requirement elicitation, defect tracking, and scheduling.
• Strong ability to manage high-pressure situations and communicate with VIP customers.
• Proficiency in documentation, testing applications, and process mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within government processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
