Description

You will manage the lifecycle of IT projects from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile project setup and delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
• Manage backlog creation, sprint planning, execution, and tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish reporting dashboards using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation, addressing issues proactively.
• Facilitate effective communication across business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong background in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Proficiency in Resource Allocation.
• Demonstrated skills in Project Management.
• Familiarity with Agile practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading Agile IT projects in compliance-driven, utility-sector, or public-sector environments.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
