Description

Manage end-to-end project delivery in manufacturing or mining environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, and milestone trackers using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies through RAID logs and change control processes.
• Track cost, schedule performance, and resource utilization applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and manufacturing quality standards during equipment installation and line setup.

Required Skills

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera for scheduling and tracking.
• Experience with budget tracking and vendor management.
• Familiarity with ERP and MES platforms, specifically SAP.
• Strong skills in stakeholder coordination and structured status reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma practices.
