Description

You will serve as an Agile coach and facilitator for up to two development teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum and SAFe principles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies and guide teams through estimating and forecasting.
• Remove impediments within the team and coordinate with DevOps, System Teams, or Shared Services.
• Coach teams on self-organization, problem-solving, and conflict resolution to increase Scrum maturity.
• Support Product Owners with backlog maintenance and ensure transparency through proactive stakeholder communication.
• Foster continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and radiating information to the organization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business/development support, user story creation, and estimation.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• First Level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) and/or SAFe Practitioner certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Kanban, XP, Crystal, or FDD knowledge.
• Familiarity with ATDD and TDD.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification.
• 6+ years of Project Management experience in Information Technology.
• Experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams applying Scrum theory and practices.
