You will manage program health, financial discipline, and delivery predictability within established governance frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project health through standard PM routines and governance processes.
• Maintain strict financial discipline to achieve a +/- 10% budget variance.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate risks to ensure adherence to sponsor-approved timelines.
• Provide weekly status updates and resource utilization reports, ensuring all escalations are logged in Clarity.
• Resolve all critical and high-priority issues according to documented resolution plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience using Clarity or similar enterprise PM tools for tracking and financial reporting.
• Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and standard PMO governance.
• Experience managing project budgets with high accountability for variances.
• Ability to articulate project health and "Path to Green" strategies to executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on-site at the San Antonio, TX campus.
