Manage project lifecycles and operational workflows within a warehouse environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects by assigning resources, tracking action items, and documenting milestones.
• Manage inventory reconciliation and implement operational flow changes within warehouse layouts.
• Facilitate daily 15-minute Scrum calls with leadership to ensure alignment.
• Monitor due dates and account items to ensure successful project completion.
• Present project layouts and updates to major clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, including building workflows from scratch.
• Experience managing physical layout changes and operational flow processes.
• Ability to spend approximately 30% of time on-site walking warehouse floors.
• Competency in using Microsoft Forms for data collection.
• Strong presentation skills for high-level client meetings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with major clients such as Sony and Hewlett Packard.
