Description

You will act as a hands-on techno-functional SAP Treasury SME and Product Manager driving end-to-end delivery within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for S4H Treasury Management and financial accounting areas.
• Define and drive the product roadmap by identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities through data and customer insights.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, technical user stories, and product requirements.
• Partner with engineering, finance, operations, and analytics teams to guide products from conception through launch and optimization.
• Coordinate the full product lifecycle, including design, development, implementation, and ongoing support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product management focused on SAP S/4H, SAP ECC, FSCM, and TRM.
• Deep expertise in treasury operations including in-house cash, cash management, forecasting, credits and collections, capital market investments, FX, and risk management.
• Proven experience directing all aspects of a product lifecycle from development to launch.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4H, SAP ECC, Salesforce, MS-Dynamics, and Databricks.
• Ability to implement General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Tax, and RAR.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, principles, and end-to-end finance data flows.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies for software product development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use multiple data sources to support business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree.
