Description

You will manage large-scale healthcare IT projects, focusing on data migration and system integrations during mergers and acquisitions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate data and application migrations from legacy systems to target environments while ensuring integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align requirements and project objectives.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain industry standards.
• Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and SLA management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project and product management experience in healthcare IT.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale projects in hospitals and clinics.
• Experience managing data migrations and system integrations driven by mergers or acquisitions.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Project Plan.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS and Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data interfaces such as HL7.
• Familiarity with healthcare applications including EHR, PACS, and Lab systems.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
