Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle for payment system modernization and concurrent AI product development workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own project lifecycles from initiation to delivery across multiple AI product workstreams.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports while managing risks and blockers.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for global, cross-functional teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact between leadership, engineering teams, stakeholders, and third-party partners.
• Coordinate deliverables across data science, LLM/NLP engineering, ML Ops, and DevOps teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on project management experience managing complex software or AI/ML product deliveries.
• Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum software teams in AI/ML or cloud-native environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong ability to translate technical progress into executive-ready updates and roadmaps.
• Experience driving structure within ambiguous, matrixed environments.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement across technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Skills

• PMI-ACP, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Conceptual working knowledge of AI/ML technologies including LLMs, NLP, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Familiarity with healthcare data environments, HIPAA, PHI, or payer systems.
