Description

Manage day-to-day operations for the Communications team, partnering with Directors to define and execute business processes and operational deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations and partner with Communications Directors to deliver business process objectives.
• Manage planning processes for both short-term and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and manage business process systems and tools used by the organization.
• Track client satisfaction and report key success metrics via dashboards.
• Lead virtual teams and solve complex problems in high-stress environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in project management or operations.
• Experience with strategic planning and analysis.
• Proven ability to manage business process systems and tools.
• Capability to lead virtual teams.
• Strong complex problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
