Description

You will serve as a Project Manager and Scrum Master for up to three scrum teams of 7-8 members each.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and agile release planning.
• Identify and resolve problems, impediments, dependencies, and team dysfunctions.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlog health, prioritization, and short-to-long-term release planning.
• Implement effective agile disciplinary practices across teams and guide teams through tasking, estimating, and execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
• Proven experience managing one to three scrum teams simultaneously.
• Direct experience facilitating agile activities and release planning.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose, CA, on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite).

Preferred Skills

• Business Analyst background with experience in requirement workshops and user story creation.
• Familiarity with web and mobile application development processes.
• Experience defining scenario use cases.
