Description

Manage advanced project planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation under the direction of a Principal Project Manager or IT Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process reengineering, system implementations, and technology upgrades.
• Coordinate IT, departmental, and vendor resources to execute project plans.
• Manage the design, documentation, development, testing, and debugging of applications and infrastructure components.
• Oversee change management and notification processes upon project completion.
• Develop technical documentation and training materials for end-users and support staff.

Required Skills

• 3 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in PMBOK methodologies.
• Strong business analysis capabilities.
• Expertise with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with SaaS and RDBMS environments.
• Knowledge of LAN infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cybersecurity patching and system security upgrades.
