Job Responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, migration, enhancement, and optimization projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Gather and analyze business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Operations, translating them into effective ERP solutions.

Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, governance, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to support ERP deployment and integration activities.

Oversee data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-production support.

Drive change management, user adoption, process improvement, and ERP optimization initiatives while providing regular project updates to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.

10+ years of experience in ERP Project Management, Enterprise System Implementations, or Digital Transformation programs.

Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations, migrations, and enhancements, with strong expertise in NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics environments.

Strong knowledge of ERP integrations, data migration, project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and managing large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives
