Description

Manage end-to-end physical security project lifecycles, from assessment and design to installation and handover. Coordinate multi-site implementations involving access control, video systems, and vendor deliverables while maintaining strict schedule and budget oversight.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review physical security project assessments and manage full workflow including mobilization, design coordination, installation, and security operations handover.
• Develop detailed project schedules, track progress and dependencies, and provide periodic status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare programming sheets and technical inputs for security programmers in accordance with design standards and close out projects using KPIs.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution, tracking materials allocation and installation sequencing.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance reporting while escalating risks and schedule delays with mitigation recommendations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in physical security, security technology, or infrastructure project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or regional security technology projects.
• Working knowledge of enterprise security platforms including C-Cure, Avigilon, and intrusion detection systems.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PSP, PMM, and Agile.
• Strong capabilities in program management, budget tracking, and schedule management using Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination skills with an analytical mindset.

• Experience with construction project management workflows.
