Description

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, migration, and optimization projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Operations.
• Translate requirements into effective ERP solutions and manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and developers to support deployment and integration.
• Oversee data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live execution.
• Drive change management, user adoption, and process improvement while providing updates to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ERP Project Management or Enterprise System Implementations.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end ERP implementations, migrations, and enhancements.
• Strong expertise in at least one major ERP environment: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Deep knowledge of ERP integrations, data migration strategies, and project governance.
• Experience in stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk mitigation for large-scale initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
