• SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP HANA database administration concepts.
• SAP system installation, upgrade, migration, and troubleshooting.
• SAP performance tuning and system monitoring.
• Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
• Resource and capacity planning.
• Risk and issue management.
• Agile/Waterfall project delivery experience.
• ITIL-based service management experience.
