Description

Lead large-scale SAP ERP implementation projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute ERP implementation projects, defining goals, resource allocation, and timelines while managing risks and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across SAP, business, and IT departments to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical guidance on SAP FI/CO or SD module configuration and customization.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress and risks effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience specifically in SAP ERP implementation projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP FI/CO or SD modules, including configuration and customization.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Proficiency with project management tools including MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud Platform.
• SAP FI/CO or SD module certification.
• Knowledge of finance or logistics industry business processes.
