Description

You manage full-cycle implementations for Oracle Cloud Fusion projects, overseeing scope, budget, and timeline.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment of feature content across businesses and link it to strategic goals.
• Own sprint planning and sequencing, decomposing strategy down to user stories.
• Partner with the Scrum Master to complete sprint activities, resolving roadblocks and dependencies.
• Manage schedule and budget, coordinating with vendors on resource capacity.
• Own all project communication, action item tracking, risk identification, and data updates for leadership review.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant working experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience leading projects and Scrum teams.
• Proven experience utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to create and execute project plans and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and driving project communication.
