Description

Own the delivery of complex HR technology implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Jobvite implementation plan, defining scope, milestones, critical path, and success measures.
• Facilitate project governance, managing meetings, decision logs, and RAID logs across workstreams.
• Define and document integration requirements between Jobvite and upstream/downstream systems (HRIS, SSO, etc.).
• Partner with Talent Attraction to map and redesign recruiting processes from current state to future state.
• Hold cross-functional teams accountable to deliverables, decisions, and timelines without direct authority.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of project management experience, specifically in HR technology or ATS implementations.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-system integrations (HRIS/ATS and adjacent tools).
• Strong proficiency in project planning and scheduling, including dependency and critical path management.
• Expertise in risk/issue management, escalation, and maintaining detailed RAID logs.
• Proven ability to create high-quality documentation: business/functional requirements, process flows, and SOPs.
• Experience in stakeholder management across HR, IT, and business leadership.
• Comfort operating with limited vendor support and self-directing learning.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience implementing Jobvite or another enterprise ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, iCIMS, Lever).
• Experience working within HR/Talent Acquisition environments.
