Description

Lead agile teams through the full project lifecycle using Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop project plans, define scope, and manage execution against budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular status updates.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery.
• Mentor team members in agile practices and track KPIs to measure productivity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience working in agile environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and agile principles.
• Proficiency with Jira or Trello.
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master for multiple teams.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
