Description

You will oversee software and product development for the Remote Metering NL program, managing smart meter rollouts as a hybrid Project Manager and Scrum Master.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage key milestones and activities for product and software deployments.
• Plan, monitor, and document tasks using MS Projects to ensure timelines are met.
• Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies across three supplier teams and one internal team.
• Identify project goals, scope, and risks while providing regular highlight reports.
• Eliminate blockers and manage resources necessary for successful deployments.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in project or scrum management.
• Proven experience managing software development projects.
• Mandatory experience within the Utilities sector.
• Senior Scrum Master expertise with Agile Scrum certification.
• Project management certification in Prince 2, PMI, or IMPA.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch (read, write, and speak).
• Experience managing multiple external software suppliers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with "Wagile" or a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Background in product development.
