Key Skills: Scrum Master, Project Manager, Agile Methodology

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog-related ceremonies.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and remove impediments affecting sprint and project delivery.
• Track project status, issues, risks, actions, and dependencies, providing clear updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage scope changes, delivery deviations, and corrective actions while promoting continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Skills Required:

• 10 - 11 years of relevant project delivery and Agile experience.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum roles, events, artifacts, and team-level delivery practices.
• Experience managing project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, resolve impediments, and support predictable sprint and release delivery.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Project Manager responsibilities and Agile Methodology practices.

Education : B.E. or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial and Production Engineering
