Description

Lead project delivery and facilitate Agile processes for technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project development life cycle, including estimation, planning, monitoring, and status reporting.
• Conduct Scrum ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, developing effective mitigation plans and managing escalations.
• Develop detailed project plans using MS Project or other customer-specific tools.
• Create technical and business proposals, including Statements of Work (SoW).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, release, and delivery responsibility.
• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Development and technical management experience in Healthcare, Medical, Digital, or Cloud-based projects.
• Experience managing medical devices or embedded product development projects.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology and ability to adapt to changing technology requirements.
• Proven ability to manage teams spread across different geographies.
• Experience in effort estimation using multiple techniques.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or SAFe Agile certification.
• Domain experience in Digital Health, Telehealth, UC, or Telecom.
