Description

You will drive project delivery and facilitate Agile processes for software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables while developing detailed project plans.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to create user stories that translate technical decisions.
• Monitor project progress and timelines, providing regular updates to IT leadership.
• Resolve impediments and ensure adherence to Scrum principles across remote teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience working with software development teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using project management tools such as Jira or MS Project Plan.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
• Technical understanding of Mobile, Web, and RESTful backend APIs.
• Experience leading software development teams and managing remote teams across different time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communications, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management, Scrum Master, or Cloud certifications.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Quality Analyst, or Software Developer.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
