Description

Own the delivery of multiple IT projects using blended Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Facilitate team ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos.
• Manage release deployment activities and ensure project documents are complete and current.
• Compile metrics to communicate project health and maintain visual information radiators tracking KPIs.
• Anticipate risks, eliminate impediments, and support the Product Owner in prioritizing backlogs.
• Create and maintain processes for intake, planning, execution, and close-out of business initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT Project Management experience across Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• 2+ years of specific experience as a Scrum Master with expert knowledge of project management principles.
• Proficiency in enterprise project management tools including MS Project, Clarity, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong facilitation skills for meetings, conflict resolution, and negotiation with internal teams and vendors.
• Experience with iterative development, QA, and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to coach Agile practices, enforce standards, and manage scope for multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications such as PMP or CSM.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com or exposure to digital and mobile products.
