Description

Balance Scrum Master and Project Manager duties to drive delivery for the Connect platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for two agile teams, driving continuous improvement and ensuring valuable outcomes.
• Facilitate project delivery by managing dependencies, creating multi-team project plans, and ensuring quality commitments.
• Own communication plans to maintain transparency, secure buy-in on decisions, and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate project releases and act as release manager for scrum teams in alignment with the SDLC.
• Manage customer support prioritization to ensure all SLAs are honored.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Proven experience coaching and managing agile teams from scratch.
• Track record of implementing concurrent technology projects.
• Experience managing complex dependencies and detailed project plans.
• Strong analytical, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to influence within a matrix structure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
• Experience in Ed Tech or deep knowledge of software development lifecycles.
