Description

Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and facilitate Agile delivery for software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery through comprehensive planning, resource allocation, and management of risks, scope, and schedules.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, and Story Refinement.
• Remove obstacles and protect the team from outside interruptions to maintain productivity.
• Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and track team velocity and project metrics.
• Communicate project progress, costs, and risks to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles.
• Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven experience working within the SAFe framework.
• PMP certification required.
• CSM certification required.
• Proficiency with Jira and Team Foundation Server.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, Visio, and MS Office.
• Strong ability to analyze and document business and system processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA up to 3 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Certification.
