Description

You manage Agile delivery and project execution for pre-release testing and accessibility initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily ceremonies, and retrospectives for pre-release testing sprints.
• Provide visibility into testing delivery targets and progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve impediments in the testing lifecycle using peer networks and escalation channels.
• Lead end-to-end project management for deploying new testing approaches in production monitoring environments.
• Coach teams on self-organization, engineering excellence, and Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.
• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach OR 5+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead.
• Experience managing Agile workflows for QA, testing, or pre-release teams.
• Proven project management experience coordinating initiatives across multiple technical teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to teach Agile concepts to various organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with WCAG standards and automated accessibility testing tools.
• Experience with Jira Align, Tableau Reports, and advanced Agile metrics.
• Exposure to centralized Agile team health assessments (e.g., AgilityHealth) or SAFe scaling.
