Description

You will lead a project team through scrum ceremonies to deliver an ecommerce website build to a launch-ready state.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum ceremonies and manage all project deliverables.
• Create and implement program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Identify, mitigate, and aggressively address project risks and challenges.
• Communicate status updates and collaborate with program stakeholders and vendors.
• Supervise project managers and monitor overall program progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Experience managing workforce and resource allocation.
• Ability to coordinate directly with external vendors.
• Experience assessing program pros and cons to inform decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ecommerce website builds.
