You will drive Agile adoption and manage delivery across multiple teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on best practices.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure continuous team progress.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and associated risks.
• Track and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT or software development.
• 10+ years in Agile roles with a proven track record as a Scrum Master in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.
• Expertise in facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Experience utilizing JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in managing stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Experience with Agile metrics reporting.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
