Description

You facilitate Agile delivery and portfolio management for the Observability Platforms team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly PI Planning for the ITSM portfolio.
• Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Document Epics, User Stories, Tasks, and dependency details.
• Coordinate implementation and delivery between internal and external teams.
• Manage portfolio budgeting, spend tracking, and vendor contract onboarding.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a Project Management or Scrum Master role.
• Experience in Technology Engineering, Technology Operations, or Software Development.
• Proven track record managing large, complex projects with multi-function teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and Jira Align.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile SAFe.
• Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar degree.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
