Description

Lead project planning and execution while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies. You will facilitate ceremonies, manage risks, and collaborate with database engineering teams to deliver high-quality data management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor project progress, resolve blockers, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, resource allocation, and progress reports.
• Foster open communication across teams and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with database engineers and development teams to align project goals with data management needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of database management principles and SQL.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Proven track record leading database-related projects or working closely with database teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, or database optimization.
• Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions like AWS RDS or Azure SQL Database.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist.
