Description

You will manage project lifecycles and act as a Scrum Master to support development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum processes for cross-functional teams handling project, non-project, and maintenance work.
• Guide teams and the organization in following Agile/Scrum practices to promote prioritization, readiness, and sprint commitment.
• Run project meetings, set agendas, review action items, and hold team members accountable for deliverables.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across different teams and communicate progress, status, and escalated issues to vendors and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience managing projects within the banking or capital markets domain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage and escalate issues to senior leaders and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with external vendors.
