Lead project delivery using Scrum methodologies in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles to ensure on-time delivery of timelines.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and optimize team workflows for efficiency.
• Coordinate project resources and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Apply Scrum frameworks to drive project execution.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional project management experience.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• CSM certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience working within Scrum frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any field.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Resource coordination and planning expertise.
• Ability to work on-site in Richmond, VA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools beyond Scrum basics.
