job responsibilities include:
Lead and manage technology-driven initiatives within a specific business unit or domain.
Translate business strategy into actionable work programs, project plans, and technical solutions.
Oversee full project lifecycle, including scope, estimation, status tracking, risk management, and reporting.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Serve as the main point of contact for issue escalation and resolution between business partners and IT teams.
Guide Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, user stories, test plans, and wireframes.
Utilize tools like JIRA, Rally, SharePoint, and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment.
Strong background in Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum practices, sprint planning, and backlog management.
Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle within SDLC frameworks, including documentation, stakeholder communication, and technical solution delivery
