You will manage holistic program progress, budgets, milestones, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of program management documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine value and set strategic initiatives.
• Drive projects from scratch using RACI, execution plans, milestones, and risk management.
• Conduct knowledge transfer activities and manage communications, risks, and issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management.
• Proven experience with Scrum and Agile implementation.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Strong planning and program management capabilities.
• Technical understanding sufficient to manage complex work and tasks.
• Ability to present clearly and effectively to leadership.
• Experience working within a retail environment.
