Lead technology-driven initiatives, translating business strategy into actionable project plans and technical solutions across the full SDLC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, estimation, status tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align goals and resolve escalations.
• Guide Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
• Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, user stories, test plans, and wireframes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management or business analysis within a technology-focused environment.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle within SDLC frameworks.
• Experience with JIRA, Rally, SharePoint, and Confluence for tracking and collaboration.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical solutions and work programs.
• Strong stakeholder communication and issue resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
