Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans to ensure successful completion within budget and on schedule.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing issues.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management, focusing on retail software development.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Socio-Economic Classification (SEC) and its application.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proven experience managing software development projects within the retail sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering results.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with retail analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with emerging retail technologies, such as e-commerce platforms and mobile applications.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
