Description

You will manage the implementation and optimization of Adobe Marketo projects and workflows, overseeing technical initiatives and ensuring successful delivery through rigorous project management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Marketo technical initiatives including channel alignment, form consolidation, and Salesforce synchronization.
• Execute technical implementations such as global lead scoring, GDPR compliance, and CPP tier segmentation.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate with Marketo administrators, digital marketers, IT professionals, and external vendors.
• Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Adobe Marketo.
• Proven project management experience specifically within digital marketing platform implementation.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and Marketo functionalities.
• Ability to mitigate project risks and resolve technical or process issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Familiarity with GDPR compliance and digital marketing regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting project post-mortems and continuous improvement processes.
