Description

Lead project initiatives by managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain initiative charters, project plans, resource plans, and milestone requirements.
• Align project goals and outcomes with stakeholder objectives and business strategy.
• Remove roadblocks for technical teams by negotiating conflicts and resolving resource gaps.
• Track and report on milestones, velocity burn, and budget discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Identify and coordinate dependencies across multiple initiatives to ensure seamless delivery.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years specifically in project management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and systems life cycle management.
• Proven experience managing project budgets and coordinating cost estimates.
• Experience working in highly cross-functional roles involving multiple technologies.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, frequent change, and unpredictable project conditions.
• Strong negotiation, prioritization, and strategic thinking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for both business and technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
