You will lead technology-driven initiatives within a specific business unit, translating strategy into actionable project plans and technical solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, estimation, status tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution between business partners and IT teams.
• Guide Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
• Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, user stories, test plans, and wireframes.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, including Scrum practices and backlog management.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle within SDLC frameworks.
• Experience with JIRA, Rally, SharePoint, and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to manage stakeholder communication and technical solution delivery.
